Job summary

Air Products seeks a North Subregion EHS Manager to provide Environmental, Health, and Safety leadership for 75+ sites in the Northern United States and Eastern Canada. This role leads a team, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives continuous improvement in EHS performance.

Based in Allentown, PA, the position entails travel up to 50% and collaboration with site leadership to strengthen accountability and safety culture across the region.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical undergrad degree; advanced degree preferred.
• EHS qualifications (CSP/ASP/SMS/CHMM, etc.) or PE license preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years field safety/EHS management in petrochemical/industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-site EHS/Driver Safety team across 75+ sites in N. United States & Eastern Canada.
• Drive a culture of safety and strategic problem solving; support site leadership on EHS issues.
• Develop and execute regional EHS strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, PSM/RMP, DOT, ISO and internal standards; manage audits.
