Amazon’s Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team is seeking a dynamic WHS Manager to lead a comprehensive safety program across North American sites, blending safety leadership with operational excellence. You will drive data-driven risk assessments and partner with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily work processes.

You will mentor a high-performing WHS team, oversee incident investigations, and continuously improve safety performance while traveling to sites 50–70% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in EHS in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 5+ years in people and performance management.
• Experience leading incident management and safety program initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global WHS Program and safety initiatives across sites.
• Partner with Operations leadership to integrate safety into daily operations.
• Oversee incident management, investigations, and WHS training programs.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing WHS team.
