Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, industrial, mechanical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of EHS, process safety or manufacturing experience.
• Professional certification preferred (e.g., P.E., CSP).
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and safety principles.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with PHA, root cause investigations, and complex projects.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional SME for Occupational Safety and Process Safety Management.
• Develop and monitor EHS policies and performance metrics.
• Lead risk identification and mitigation across regional facilities.
• Collaborate with operations to integrate EHS into new processes and projects.
• Direct regional/global EHS auditing and compliance activities.
• Implement risk reduction initiatives including FM Global recommendations.
• Deliver Process Safety Management training and support EHS reporting.
