Neogen Corporation in the US Midwest region seeks a Regional EHS Manager - North to lead Environmental, Health, & Safety programs across Northern US and Canada, onsite near Madison, WI. You will support Manufacturing, Distribution, R&D, and Laboratory operations across multiple locations.

Reporting to the Senior Director - Global EHS & Security Operations, you will standardize, sustain, and elevate EHS solutions, partnering with site stakeholders and the OneEHS team to ensure compliance and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an EHS-related field or science/engineering field.
Minimum 7+ years of direct EHS experience in biotech, pharma, chemical or related industry.
In-depth experience with machine safety, hazardous waste, chemical management, and OSHA/EPCRA regulatory needs.
Proven expertise in NFPA Codes, PSM, RCRA LQG, and life-safety considerations in manufacturing.
Travel up to 50% and onsite/hands-on responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Own and implement EHS programs across multiple sites in the region to ensure compliance.
Develop strategic EHS, security, and risk control plans aligned with governance.
Provide oversight of multi-site EHS programs including reporting and regulatory tasks.
Lead investigations into incidents using root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Drive data-driven improvements and KPI tracking for assigned programs.
