Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Regional EHS Manager to lead environmental health and safety initiatives across U.S. factories, reporting to the Senior Regional EHS Manager. The role demands program development, regulatory oversight, and KPI-driven performance with 50% travel across the U.S. and Canada.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in EHS, a bachelor’s in a related field, and leadership experience in a global manufacturing setting, with ISO standards knowledge and strong cross‑functional influence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EHS risk assessment and regulatory compliance.
• Experience shaping EHS culture and leading across functions.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional/global EHS programs and policies.
• Mentor site EHS resources and perform audits to close gaps.
• Report EHS performance and drive KPI monitoring and improvements.
• Support M&A projects with EHS guidance and due diligence.
• Communicate with senior leadership and cross‑site teams.
