We are currently looking to add a Regional Educator to our Education team, supporting the Southeast, including FL, NC, and SC. Regional Educators (RE) support sales through education. They work closely with their Regional Manager and Customer Development Managers to strategically deliver education that leads to overall growth of the region.

You will travel within your region to conduct educational presentations and other events. You will customize each training to meet specific business objectives while creating an ideal adult learning environment to ensure information retention, customer loyalty, and brand awareness. Planning and achieving objectives set by the account’s Business Development Representative and/or Regional Manager will be crucial.

KPIs may include account growth exceeding overall business growth post-seminar, increased SKU count and usage, new account acquisition, average opening order value, independent contractor mentoring, and monthly/annual goals set by the Sr. Director of Education.

The Regional Educator - Southeast should reside in FL, NC, or SC.

What you will do:

• Deliver training to skincare professionals and industry support staff
• Travel to or facilitate virtually for various educational experiences
• Support customer needs through regional events, trade shows, and open houses
• Work with team members to set and achieve business development goals
• Communicate effectively across teams before and after seminars
• Create engaging educational experiences that prepare prospects and new customers for success
• Mentor and develop licensed skin health professionals
• Manage follow-up and communication with stakeholders
• Demonstrate PCA SKIN and Elta MD protocols through hands-on practice
• Adapt quickly to diverse learning styles
• Maintain professionalism and organizational skills
• Book travel within guidelines and budget
• Participate in team meetings and trainings
• This role involves heavy travel, including nights and weekends
• Occasionally lift/move up to 25-50 pounds

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on practice
• 2+ years in a dedicated educator role (skincare preferred)
• At least 18 years old
• Licensed aesthetician, nurse, or medical professional in good standing
• Valid driver’s license with no travel restrictions
• Ability to travel extensively
• PCA SKIN Certified Professional
• Experience in training, facilitation, or public speaking
• Excellent presentation skills
• Knowledge of skin health, conditions, modalities, and treatments
• Experience with aesthetic medical devices
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Proximity to an international airport
• Comfortable with technology (Zoom, Google Suite, PowerPoint)

• Reliable with excellent attendance and goal achievement
• Excellent communicator
• Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 USD, based on experience and location.
