Job summary

The HON Company LLC is seeking a Regional Education Manager to expand HON’s education business in the Southeast. This role focuses on strategic market development, dealer capability, and direct engagement with K-12 and Higher Education decision-makers to drive growth and market share.

You will lead district-level relationship building, pursue large bond-funded and district-wide opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver education-specific campaigns and solutions.

Qualifications

Experience navigating education market with district-level decision makers.
Ability to build dealer capability and partner relationships.
Proven track record in education sector sales or furnishings.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional education strategy across dealer networks.
Engage with district administrators, superintendents and principals.
Strengthen partnerships with education dealers and drive district-level opportunities.
Collaborate with dealer sales teams on high-priority projects and bond opportunities.
Track and pursue education capital funding opportunities in partnership with BD and dealers.
Advise districts on learning goals and facility plans aligned with HON solutions.
Conduct strategic reviews with dealers to identify growth opportunities.
