Jewish Federation of Cincinnati seeks a JCRC Officer to expand JCRC's presence and partnerships across Greater Cincinnati. The role emphasizes external relationship stewardship, Israel engagement with Shlicha/Chaverim, and educational program delivery on Israel, antisemitism, and priority areas.

The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship-builder with initiative, curiosity, and strong communication skills, capable of representing the Jewish community thoughtfully in diverse settings.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Experience in community relations, external affairs, education, nonprofit work, or related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships across communities, institutions, and perspectives.
• Willingness to attend evening and weekend meetings and events.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and grow a portfolio of external relationships in Greater Cincinnati.
• Lead Israel engagement initiatives and coordinate programming with Shlicha and Chaverim.
• Support development and delivery of educational programs on Israel and antisemitism.
• Identify new audiences and institutional partners for Israel-related education and engagement.
• Support recruitment and audience development for IsraelLENS and related opportunities.
• Represent JCRC at stakeholder meetings and community events; manage follow-ups and records.
