Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Regional Driver (NonCDL) to operate straight trucks for safe, timely deliveries from distribution centers to vendor locations. You will maintain logs, complete pre/post trips, and provide White Glove service with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

The role requires at least 1 year of tractor-trailer NonCDL experience, clean driving record, and the ability to travel frequently. CDL may be required for some positions; background and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of tractor trailer NonCDL driving experience within the past 7 years.
• CDL may be required by some roles.
• Meets FMCSA and company requirements.
• Clean driving record.
• Pass Background and Drug Screening.

Responsibilities

• Operates straight truck in compliance with all DOT regulations to transport products safely from Distribution Centers to vendors.
• Performs full pre-trip and post-trip inspections on tractor-trailer.
• Maintains daily logs and trip reports; submits required documents.
• Provides White Glove service at every delivery and addresses delivery issues with supervisor.
• Keeps equipment fueled, clean, and in compliance with inspection requirements.
• Travels approximately 75% or more; adheres to DOT and OSHA regulations; supports management as needed.

This position may be assigned to business units that require White Glove service that goes beyond standard shipping methods.
