Job summary

Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge seeks a Strategic Partnerships Manager to advance donor relationships and fundraising initiatives in Brainerd and Alexandria. You will coordinate events, cultivate mid-level donors, and represent the organization to the community.

The role requires collaborating across teams, maintaining donor records, and supporting the Fishing Tournament and related campaigns with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in development, fundraising, or related field.
• Proven track record building donor relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of Raiser's Edge is a plus.
• Uphold MnTC mission and values in all interactions.
• Valid MN driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and grow donor relationships with mid-level donors and businesses.
• Meet with donors regularly through meetings, calls, emails, tours, and events.
• Invite donor visits and participation in MnTC events and Fishing Tournament.
• Secure charitable gifts to meet fundraising goals and campaigns.
• Maintain donor records in Raiser's Edge and assist with reporting.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support fundraising initiatives.
• Support statewide campaigns and major gift opportunities in partnership with leadership.
