Job summary

Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge (MnTC) is seeking a Donor Relations Manager in the Brainerd region. The role focuses on donor cultivation, regional events, and community engagement to support MnTC’s mission of helping people overcome addiction.

The position acts as a spokesperson and organizer for Brainerd and Alexandria events, including fishing challenges and galas. The role requires building relationships with mid-level donors, managing donor records in Raiser's Edge, and collaborating with

Qualifications

Two or more years in development, fundraising, sales, marketing, or related field.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Comfort with fundraising events and donor engagement.

Responsibilities

Cultivate mid-level donors and expand the donor base in Brainerd and Alexandria.
Engage donors through meetings, calls, tours, events, and high-touch stewardship.
Coordinate donor visits, tours, and event participation to showcase MnTC impact.
Secure gifts to meet annual fundraising goals and manage donor portfolios in the CRM.
Collaborate with departments to support statewide fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
