Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee dealer relations and align store performance with the True North Strategy across multiple locations. This role requires strong leadership, travel across regions, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence without formal authority to drive customer-centric improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience in Canadian Tire or equivalent retail.
• Travel extensively within and outside of assigned region.
• Ability to interpret data, gain insights and provide recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to speak French would be an asset.
• Experience leading people who are not direct reports through influence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an ethical and collaborative relationship between the Dealers and Corporation.
• Champion the execution of Canadian Tires True North Strategy, prioritizing Customers at the Core that enhance the overall customer experience.
• Conduct the ORR (Operational Readiness Review) in Stores, providing coaching and feedback.
• Partner directly with our Associate Dealers to help balance the Dealers business plan and Corporate priorities.
• General understanding of the market, demographics and competitive landscape.
• Ensure aligned Corporate objectives are understood through written, verbal and in person communication.
