Job summary

Toot 'n Totum is seeking a District Manager to oversee daily store district operations in a retail/c-store environment, directing policies, procedures, and directives to maximize profitability.

The role requires leading Store Managers, recruiting and training staff, managing budgets and scheduling, and delivering weekly reports to the VP of Operations while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Seven years of retail or food management experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to travel 100% domestically.
• Must reside in Lubbock, TX.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily store district operations.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train Store Managers.
• Protect assets and manage operational expenses; oversee staffing and scheduling.
• Provide weekly reports to the VP of Operations.
