Abbott Point of Care is seeking a District Manager to lead 6-8 Account Executives across the Mississippi Valley District (LA, AR, S. MO, W. TN, N MS).

Travel 50-75% within the district is required. You will guide sales strategies, develop talent, and drive growth in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. You will manage customer relationships, coach reps, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet objectives and deliver value in point-of-care diagnostics across hospital and outpatient

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree required for this healthcare sales leadership role.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, POC, lab, or capital equipment sales.
• 3+ years of experience leading, developing, training, and mentoring direct reports.
• Strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills.
• Highly proficient with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platform.
• Must reside in the district and travel up to 80% within the district and other locations as necessary.
