Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures across all branches.
• Monitor and evaluate Branch Managers and staff to meet sales and growth targets.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to staff.
• Influence and decide on customer interactions and staffing decisions.
• Set direction for staff scheduling, budget control, and service quality.
• Coordinate with other managers and corporate staff to align goals.
• Complete internal audits to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Assist senior management in developing growth-oriented procedures.
• Handle recruitment, disciplinary actions, evaluations, and compensation.
