• Hire, terminate, and conduct performance reviews for leaders and staff.
• Open new restaurants within budget and execute marketing plans at the local level.
• Lead training initiatives to improve restaurant performance.
• Monitor operations across locations and provide actionable feedback.
• Ensure labor law and company policy compliance.
