Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a District Manager to lead a team of stores across an assigned territory. You will be accountable for profitability and growth of store, food service, fuel, and ancillary sales while protecting company assets and ensuring compliance with environmental rules.

This role requires overnight travel, a road-warrior mindset, and strong leadership. A company car, bonuses, full benefits, 401(k) match, and tuition reimbursement are part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in gasoline, grocery, food service, or another retail business.
• Experience supervising multiple stores.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and requirements preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organization and planning skills.
• Able to travel overnight and be a road warrior within territory.
• Infraction-free driving record.

Responsibilities

• District Manager is accountable for profitable management of retail operations for an assigned territory of stores.
• Responsible for increasing store, food service, fuel, and ancillary sales at company locations.
• Protect and effectively maintain all company assets, including fuel inventory, equipment, and property; including leased locations.
• Perform regulatory functions related to gasoline storage, RID, inventory reconciliation and environmental compliance.
