Job summary

HearingLife is seeking an experienced district manager to lead multiple clinics with a focus on delivering budgetary goals and superior patient and team experiences. The role requires frequent travel across the geographic area and relocation to Oklahoma or Missouri as needed.

The incumbent will mentor managers, optimize clinic operations, and drive growth while aligning with HearingLife's core values and standards of care. Bonus opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• 5 years management experience in a hands-on sales management role.
• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, team building and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated skills in planning, analytical and critical thinking, problem solving, prioritization, and proactive decision making.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead clinic teams to meet budget and corporate values.
• Develop reports, mentor staff, and visit clinics across districts.
• Drive district performance through sales, scheduling, and process discipline.
