Qualifications

• Experience in distribution sales and sales management roles.
• Ability to develop distributor channel strategies and drive growth.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with pump and seal fundamentals, hydraulics, and rotating equipment.
• Proven relationship and customer management in a sales environment.
• Strong presentation skills for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate Flowserve vision into actionable strategies with clear objectives and deliverables for your organization.
• Develop working relationships with partner organizations based on trust.
• Coordinate coverage and channel decisions between distributors and Flowserve sales management.
• Ensure partners execute strategies to meet growth goals within the Territory.
• Collaborate with Business Development on opportunities and product development ideas.
• Lead teams to deliver maximum revenue while improving value propositions to distributors and end-users.
• Maintain updated quotation management systems and provide timely forecasts.
• Identify opportunities and risks related to forecasts.
• Develop leadership talent and a high-performing team culture.
• Drive key financial objectives including AR, inventory, and OTP targets.
• Comply with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
