Job summary

ValuTeachers Inc.® is seeking a Regional Distribution Manager to recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop Retirement Education Specialists across regions. You will expand our reach, strengthen teams, and ensure staff have the tools to educate educators about retirement planning in state-approved school systems.

You must have 5+ years selling annuities and securities, plus Life Insurance and FINRA licenses within 120 days. Travel is about 8 days per month in the Southeast.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the sale of annuities and securities products.
• Builder and coach mindset with ability to develop talent and systems.
• Comfortable public speaking and setting ambitious goals.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching and developing Retirement Education Specialists.
• Expand reach, strengthen teams, and support education in retirement planning.
• Ensure specialists have knowledge and systems to educate educators in schools.
