Job summary

ValuTeachers Inc.® is seeking a Regional Distribution Manager to recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop Retirement Education Specialists across regions. You will expand our reach, strengthen teams, and ensure staff have the tools to educate educators about retirement planning in state-approved school systems.

You must have 5+ years selling annuities and securities, plus Life Insurance and FINRA licenses within 120 days. Travel is about 8 days per month in the Southeast.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the sale of annuities and securities products.
• Builder and coach mindset with ability to develop talent and systems.
• Comfortable public speaking and setting ambitious goals.

Regional Distribution Manager – Jacksonville, Florida

$55,000 Base Salary + Commission | Full-Time | 40% Travel Required in the Southeast

Experience Required In The Sale Of Annuities.

Life Insurance License Required + FINRA License Required within 120 Days.

Your Role

As Regional Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and developing Retirement Education Specialists across different regions. You will play a critical role in expanding our reach, strengthening our teams, and ensuring our specialists have the knowledge, skills, and support needed to educate individuals about retirement planning in the school systems we are approved in.

Travel

Travel is required in this role for about 8 days a month.
