Regional Distribution Center Warehouse Associate (Finance)

What Awaits You

• Perform daily operational tasks assigned by RDC management, maintaining high performance standards.
• Complete warehouse activities such as picking, packing, shipping, receiving, reverse logistics, and inventory control, ensuring quality, productivity, and customer service for BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce retail centers.
• Adhere to BMW core values and policies, maintaining compliance and integrity.
• Operate powered industrial equipment and process shipments of federally regulated Dangerous Goods, obtaining necessary certifications and complying with laws.
• Meet and maintain performance levels (quality, productivity) within your area.
• Follow the BMW Value Added Production System (VPS) and maintain a safe, clean environment.

This role involves lifting up to 50 lbs., driving, pulling, kneeling, reaching, standing, twisting, walking, climbing, pushing, squatting, hearing, and exposure to temperature variations and high noise. Overtime may be required.

This is a full-time, second-shift position (12:30 PM - 9:00 PM) at the Stockton facility. Relocation is not available.

What You Should Bring

• Work and leadership experience
• Fluent English
• Logistics/distribution experience (preferred)
• OEM distribution experience (preferred)
• Ability to obtain Dangerous Goods Certifications (preferred)
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems such as SAP and BMW WM

The pay rate is $21.25 per hour, with supplemental earning potential including shift differential, overtime, and bonuses, in accordance with state and local laws. Final salary depends on education, skills, experience, and location.
