WHAT AWAITS YOU

• Perform daily operational tasks assigned by RDC management, maintaining high performance standards.
• Complete warehouse activities such as picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and reverse logistics, ensuring quality, productivity, and customer service meet BMW standards.
• Adhere to BMW's core values and policies, maintaining compliance and safety at all times.
• Operate powered industrial equipment and process shipments of federally regulated Dangerous Goods, obtaining necessary certifications.
• Maintain performance levels in quality and productivity within your area.
• Follow BMW's Value Added Production System (VPS) and keep the work environment safe and clean.

This role involves lifting up to 50 lbs., driving, pulling, kneeling, reaching, standing, twisting, walking, climbing, pushing, squatting, hearing, and exposure to temperature variations and noise. Overtime may be required.

This is a full-time, second-shift position (12:30 PM – 9:00 PM). Relocation assistance is not available.

The pay rate is $21.25 per hour, with potential additional earnings from shift differentials, overtime, and bonuses. Final salary depends on education, skills, experience, and location.
