Job summary

• Abide by FCA's Christian Community Statement.
• Lead staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer and Bible study.
• Connect to a local church and live by biblical standards.
• Ensure ministry activities follow FCA policies and procedures.
• Oversee recruiting, training and developing volunteers to lead others.
• Manage donor relationships and fund development plans.
• Support International Region through prayer, giving, and going.
