Job summary

Fellowship of Christian Athletes in San Jose, CA seeks a Representative who works with Directors to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission and live the FCA Values by implementing the ministry plan for the assigned area.

You will provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes, engage in ministry through 1-on-1s, huddles and events, and recruit/train volunteers to empower disciples who make disciples in the Sports Environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry leadership and staff development.
• Ability to train volunteers and empower coaches and athletes.
• Strong alignment with Christian values and FCA policies.

Responsibilities

• Agree with and uphold FCA's Christian Community Statement.
• Provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes.
• Engage coaches and athletes through 1-on-1s, gatherings and events.
• Recruit, train and develop diverse volunteers for ministry leadership.
• Connect with local churches and manage donor relationships to fund ministry.
