Responsibilities

• Agree with FCA's Christian Community Statement and adhere to policies.
• Lead spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer and study.
• Recruit, train, and develop volunteers to lead others in faith and service.
• Manage donor relationships and support fundraising plans.
• Collaborate with Directors to implement ministry plans in the assigned area.
