Janney is expanding its Private Client Group by appointing a Regional Director to build and lead new West Coast or Southwest markets. Reporting to the PCG President, you will recruit top advisor talent, establish branch leadership, and drive growth through strategic execution and local market development.

The role emphasizes entrepreneurial leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, risk management, and a strong culture of accountability across new offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of field leadership experience within a broker-dealer or wealth management organization.
• Strong understanding of advisor recruiting, organic growth and practice management.

Responsibilities

• Build market presence across West Coast or Southwest markets.
• Recruit, onboard and develop top Financial Advisors and branch leaders.
• Lead regional planning, budgeting, and growth strategies across the region.
• Drive advisor productivity, client acquisition and assets growth.
• Partner with executive leadership to execute expansion initiatives.
