Earned seeks a Regional Director of Tax & Accounting Services in Phoenix to lead a growing regional operation, integrating legacy and acquired firms into a single scalable platform. You will own performance, profitability, client retention, and cross-functional partnerships with Wealth Management and Client Services.

You will build and develop a high-caliber leadership team, drive operational transformation, establish KPIs, and ensure high fiduciary standards while guiding strategic growth

Competenze

• CPA license required; active or inactive.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership in tax, accounting, wealth management or professional services.
• Experience guiding regional growth, post-acquisition integration, and scale.
• Strong executive presence with cross-functional influence.

Mansioni

• Own regional Tax & Accounting performance: revenue growth, profitability, retention, efficiency.
• Develop and execute a regional strategy aligned with national expansion.
• Lead integration of acquired firms and standardize processes for scale.
• Establish KPIs across productivity, turnaround times, utilization and quality.
• Partner with Wealth Management, Financial Planning and advisory teams for integrated delivery.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing regional leadership team.
