Restaurant Associates seeks a Regional Director to lead strategic operations across our high-profile hospitality clients in the New York area. You will be the primary link between Restaurant Associates, our premier client partners, and the professional team, shaping business strategy and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative solutions.

You will guide culture, performance targets, budget management, and talent development while ensuring compliance, safety, and superior service

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive food service management experience.
• 5+ years experience Large Scale Multi-Client/Contract Managed Service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and Lead R/A’s culture of CARE.
• Plan and advise business portfolio that achieves Key Performance Indicators.
• Partner with senior management to discuss strategies, objectives, and obstacles.
• Monitor and strategize to reach annual targets and new market solutions.
• Direct and lead a team of account managers.
• Coordinate financial objective & analysis, and supervise for profitability and losses.
