• Plan and advise business portfolio that achieves KPIs.
• Partner with senior management to discuss strategies, objectives, and obstacles.
• Monitor and strategize to reach annual targets and new market solutions.
• Direct and lead a team of account managers.
• Coordinate financial objective & analysis, and supervise profitability and losses.
• Build relationships at all levels of RA/Compass organizations.
• Develops and coaches management associates to meet staffing needs and talent management programs.
