Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee multiple senior living communities across Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Southern New Jersey. The role is exempt and salaried, with remote work and travel to the communities.

You will partner with the VP of Field Operations, drive census growth, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and lead the Leadership Teams toward company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of multi-site or regional management experience.
• Proven ability to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop business plans and set team goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative operations and team members.
• Develop community budgets and business plans and execute.
• Ensure high-quality resident care meeting regulations.
• Promote positive team member relations.
• Drive census growth.
• Oversee state surveys and regulatory compliance.
• Implement company programs and values.
• Monitor ROI for the company.
• Identify trends affecting communities.
• Implement productivity and profitability plans.
• Hold Executives Directors accountable.
• Travel to communities to lead hands-on.
• Other duties as assigned.
