Job summary

Monarch Communities seeks a Regional Director of Operations for Senior Living to oversee multiple communities from a remote base across Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Southern New Jersey. The role reports to the Vice President of Field Operations and is an exempt, salaried position.

You will drive census growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and work with Executive Directors to develop budgets and plans while traveling to communities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of five years of multi-site or regional management experience.
• Proven ability to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Ability to track industry trends and develop business plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative operations across multiple senior living communities.
• Collaborate on developing community budgets and business plans; execute them.
• Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with state regulations.
• Foster positive team member relations and professional development.
• Drive census growth at each community and monitor ROI.
