You will recruit and develop leaders, drive fundraising outcomes, and use data to refine strategy while fostering strong partnerships with communities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Canvass Directors and offices across your region.
• Launch new teams, offices, and campaigns in priority markets.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and hold leaders accountable at all levels.
• Drive fundraising results and exceed campaign objectives.
• Analyze performance data, set strategy, and drive continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with partners, clients, and local communities.
• Travel to lead, train, and support field teams.
