Who You Are

As a Regional Director of Sales, you will work under the VP of Business Development to achieve sales and profit goals within a designated region. You will manage multiple districts, collaborate with property managers, owners, and executives to build value-driven proposals, and design sales strategies. You will evaluate and implement new sales techniques to increase sales volume and market share, and may recommend product or service enhancements to boost customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Develop and cultivate industry relationships through networking and outbound lead-generation.
  2. Implement strategic sales and marketing plans based on industry knowledge and business acumen.
  3. Close new business to meet revenue and profit targets.
  4. Present proposals demonstrating value and financial impact.
  5. Meet client retention goals.
  6. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  7. Establish relationships with decision-makers in multi-family portfolios.
  8. Assist in identifying and closing national portfolio accounts.
  9. Attend industry events and participate in networking opportunities.
  10. Achieve revenue goals while improving gross margin.
  11. Utilize technology effectively, including Salesforce.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
  13. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience achieving sales and profitability goals.
  3. Proven track record of exceeding goals and driving revenue growth.
  4. Strong financial and market trend analysis skills.
  5. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  6. Ability to multitask and build relationships with an entrepreneurial approach.
  7. Leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
  8. Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable.
  9. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Master’s degree preferred.
  2. Experience with multi-family portfolios and remote work.
  3. Salesforce experience is a plus.
