As a Regional Director of Sales, you will work under the VP of Business Development to achieve sales and profit goals within a designated region. You will manage multiple districts, collaborate with property managers, owners, and executives to build value-driven proposals, and design sales strategies. You will evaluate and implement new sales techniques to increase sales volume and market share, and may recommend product or service enhancements to boost customer satisfaction.
