Job summary

Verland seeks a Regional Program Director of Residential Services CLA to lead a group of CLA homes regionally, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for individuals with IDD. You will supervise Resident Managers and Program Specialists while guiding staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with clinical, nursing, and administrative teams to coordinate holistic care, manage budgets, and promote staff development across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with IDD required.
• Experience in ODP residential programs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing CLA services.
• Ability to lead and develop multi-site teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide program oversight and quality assurance to ensure individualized, person-centered services.
• Supervise Resident Managers and Program Specialists; support DSP recruitment and development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain documentation, and participate in audits as needed.
• Coordinate collaboration between regional homes and the Director of Resident Services CLA.
• Assist in budget development and efficient resource management; monitor payroll and scheduling.
• Perform other duties related to CLA leadership and regional operations.
