Job summary

Verland Foundation Inc. seeks a Regional Program Director of Residential Services CLA to lead a group of CLA homes in a defined region. The role oversees staff, ensures person-centered care, and maintains regulatory compliance across facilities.

The candidate will supervise Resident Managers, support DSP staffing, monitor budgets, and collaborate with clinical teams to coordinate services for residents with IDD.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with IDD, required.
• Experience in ODP residential programs strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing CLA services.
• Ability to lead and develop teams in multi-site environments.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional oversight of CLA residential homes and ensure quality, person-centered services.
• Direct supervision of Resident Managers and Program Specialists; support DSP recruitment and training.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, and participation in audits/inspections.
• Coordinate with clinical, nursing, and administrative teams for holistic care.
• Develop and monitor program budgets; manage resources and scheduling.
