ViaQuest Residential Services in Ohio is seeking a Director of Residential Services to lead our supports for individuals with developmental disabilities across Belmont and Jefferson Counties. This Full Time role oversees the system of supports, teams, and service delivery, with budget oversight and travel across the service areas.

The position requires a four-year degree in social services, significant management experience, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in social services or a related field.
• Previous management/Director level experience is required.
• Willingness to travel throughout services areas.
• Quality assurance experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Management of the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served within assigned territory.
• Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
• Ensure individuals' service teams are operating and communicating effectively.
• Financial oversight of program.
