Zions Bancorporation's California Bank & Trust is seeking a Regional Director Real Estate for the San Francisco area to lead the real estate lending function and shape regional strategy. You will guide lending teams and coordinate with senior executives to drive growth.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, oversight of complex credit structures, and cross-functional leadership. The base salary ranges from $223,000 to $313,000 annually, reflecting experience and scope.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in business or finance or a related field and 10 years of lending experience including 5 years managerial experience over a major multidiscipline, segment of the company.
• Strong multifaceted banking knowledge including knowledge of complex credit structures and advanced lending policies, procedures and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates the real estate lending function for an assigned region of the bank.
• Evaluates existing practices and developing trends to determine effective long-term strategies to meet regional goals.
• Establishes and implements policies and practices to support the long-term strategy.
• Provides leadership and direction to regional associates and guidance to lending associates bank wide.
• Participates in business development activities.
• Approves large and complex real estate related projects.
• Coordinates with other senior executives and divisional managers, for planning and policy development.
• Directs the marketing, human resources, facilities and other support activities for the region.
• Manages the budget and profitability of the assigned region.
• Other duties as assigned.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $223,000 – $313,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
