Job summary

Talent Groups seeks a Regional Director of Physician Sales to lead a multi-state territory, aligning strategic sales goals with operational execution. This role combines remote work with frequent travel to client sites and key markets in Southern Florida.

You will coach Account Executives, monitor performance against KPIs, and collaborate with the VP of Physician Sales on initiatives, budgets, and growth. Requires proven leadership in pharma, imaging, or surgical sales.

Qualifications

• Experience selling in Pharma, Imaging, or Surgical space.
• Previous Lead/Manager Sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages Account Executive team’s tactical performance; develops tools and metrics to monitor scan volume and KPIs.
• Provides coaching/mentoring to ensure high levels of performance.
• Motivates team and addresses performance deficiencies.
• Responsible for hiring and attracting talent from inside or outside the organization.
• Manages team performance and development and approves budget expenses.
• Knows the Region’s market and competitive landscape.
