Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-3 years as a Director in Admitting in acute care; 5-8 years leadership preferred.
• Understanding regulatory standards (OSHPD, CMS, EMTALA) and effective communication across teams.
• EPIC implementation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to all Prime Healthcare Admitting Areas and Patient Accounting relative to admitting to accounting transitions.
• Develop training materials and serve as Corporate Admitting Core Team Leader for implementations and conversions.
• Oversee registration workflows, scheduling, preregistration, and financial clearance processes.
• Ensure consistency across access points and alignment to enterprise standards.
