• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of progressive leadership experience.

• Strong business acumen in strategic planning, financial management, and operations.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication with leaders, physicians, and community stakeholders.
• Record of recruiting, developing, mentoring high-performing teams.
• Experience optimizing organizational structures for performance and efficiency.
• Knowledge of healthcare trends, population health and accountable care models.
• Thorough understanding of applicable regulations and compliance requirements.
