HCA Healthcare is seeking a Division Director of Operations for Pathology Services to lead daily operations across the Continental and MidAmerica Divisions. You will guide program management, implement standardized processes, and drive performance metrics.

In this role, you will collaborate with Hospital Based Services leadership, oversee budgeting, staffing, and quality initiatives, and ensure timely reporting and optimal resource utilization across multiple facilities within the division.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business is required.
• Master's degree highly preferred.
• Three years’ supervisory experience in hospital-based programs or physician practice management.
• Experience with healthcare financial management and budgeting.
• Experience overseeing pathology or multi-site operations preferred.
• Experience in physician practice operations and business development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations and management of pathology programs across the Continental and MidAmerica Divisions.
• Develop and communicate standardized operations processes and workflows.
• Monitor key performance indicators and financials; participate in monthly MORs and budgeting.
• Identify opportunities to expand scope of Hospital-Based Practices services.
• Collaborate with Division Medical Director, AVP, and hospital leadership to meet clinical and operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and quality initiatives.
