Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a Regional Director, Partner Account Manager for the Carolinas. This remote role targets residents of North Carolina or South Carolina and leads a team of Partner Account Managers to hit revenue goals.

You will recruit, coach, and manage sales processes end-to-end while collaborating across teams. Expect travel for field rides, conferences, and partner huddles as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience selling 401k with proven success
• 3-5 years of experience leading frontline sales professionals across retirement services/HCM/payroll
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota
• Experience building relationships with CPAs, payroll providers, HR consultants, and benefit brokers
• Tech Savvy with Salesforce CRM for sales process and forecasting
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor a team of Partner Account Managers to achieve revenue goals
• Recruit and retain Partner Account Managers by hiring for required skills and competencies, while coaching sales and implementation processes
• Manage the end-to-end sales process and forecast sales
• Drive a culture of accountability while maintaining a collaborative environment
• Travel within the region and nationally for field rides, meetings, and conferences
