What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Support new admission goals through individual contribution and leadership
  2. Manage and lead a team in a specific region to meet or exceed performance goals
  3. Develop and operationalize a go-to-market strategy for new market penetration
  4. Build and manage relationships with referral sources and community partners
  5. Attend meetings and events to engage with patients, parents, providers, and stakeholders
  6. Collaborate with internal partners to deliver on go-to-market goals

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Must be based in GA/SC
  2. 10+ years of business development experience, including 3+ years of sales leadership experience
  3. 5+ years of experience in behavioral health or healthcare strongly preferred
  4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred), scheduling, and video conferencing technologies
  5. Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
  6. Professional working proficiency in Spanish a plus
  7. Demonstrated track record of top-tier performance in customer account development and growth
  8. Experience managing and motivating a business development team
  9. Exceptional interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills
  10. Ability to travel locally for meetings with potential referral partners
  11. Strong project management skills
  12. Expert in advising, presenting, and persuading senior corporate personnel
