What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support new admission goals through individual contribution and leadership
- Manage and lead a team in a specific region to meet or exceed performance goals
- Develop and operationalize a go-to-market strategy for new market penetration
- Build and manage relationships with referral sources and community partners
- Attend meetings and events to engage with patients, parents, providers, and stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be based in GA/SC
- 10+ years of business development experience, including 3+ years of sales leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience in behavioral health or healthcare strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred), scheduling, and video conferencing technologies
- Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish a plus
- Demonstrated track record of top-tier performance in customer account development and growth
- Experience managing and motivating a business development team
- Exceptional interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills
- Ability to travel locally for meetings with potential referral partners
- Strong project management skills
- Expert in advising, presenting, and persuading senior corporate personnel
