Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Regional Director OpenBlue Delivery to lead the deployment of OpenBlue solutions across a defined geographic region in the Americas. You will manage a team of approximately 10 professionals, drive on-time, on-budget delivery, and ensure customer success while aligning with safety and quality standards.

The role partners with Sales, Solution Architects, and Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions from sales to delivery, develop talent, and scale the regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, IT, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years leading technical project delivery or professional services
• 8+ years of personnel management / leadership
• Experience managing multiple concurrent customer projects across a large region
• PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred
• Strong financial, operational, and resource management skills
• Experience leading project managers, engineers, and delivery teams
• Knowledge of smart buildings, controls, HVAC, energy management, and connected infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Lead ~10 direct reports including Regional Project Managers and Project Engineers
• Ensure regional deployment execution from handoff to customer acceptance
• Manage schedule, budget, scope, and quality for OpenBlue projects
• Monitor portfolio health and address delivery risks and constraints
• Standardize delivery processes and drive continuous improvement across the region
• Manage relationships with sales, solution architects, and customers
