Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Regional Director of Therapy Services to oversee multiple facility rehabilitation programs, both in-house and contract providers. This role mentors Directors of Rehabilitation and guides operations, ensuring adherence to PACS policies and Medicare guidelines.

The candidate will implement new programs, monitor regulatory changes, and collaborate with regional nursing and administrative professionals to improve efficiency and patient care across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in PT/OT/SLP; graduate degree preferred.
• Current state licensure and continuing education compliance.
• Experience overseeing multi-site rehab programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit facilities to support operations and program management.
• Mentor Directors of Rehabilitation and staff as needed.
• Monitor compliance with Medicare guidelines and state practice acts.
• Interface with regional nursing and administrative professionals.
