Long term and sustainable growth in census and revenues are the top two priorities for this position, as well as to contribute to the marketing strategy and execute in the region. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales. The RDSM supports the sales counselors in the field and along with Executive Directors, evaluates their effectiveness while providing tailored one on one coaching as needed. assisting in the overall development, execution, and leadership of the sales strategy for Harmony Senior Services.
