Responsibilities include coaching staff, budget adherence, data-driven adjustments, and maintaining quality control systems while fostering a productive work environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hospitality management experience with multi-site responsibility.
• Willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with word processing and spreadsheets.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Pay Rate: Salary - Salary Plan, 105,000.00 USD
Annual Work Shift:

Regional Director of Operations, Hospitality Division

Provide leadership to multiple resort housekeeping departments within a designated region.

Coordinate with the on-site director to lead a goal-oriented resort housekeeping department to create a team environment that is effective, productive, and rewarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hospitality management experience, including multi-site responsibility
• High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software
• Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities
• Not Required But a Big Plus Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish
