We are seeking a Regional Director of Operations who is MOTIVATED to work for a company with an EVOLVING culture that promotes a POSITIVE work and life balance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering a thriving customer experience to clients in the Long-Term Care industry, with expertise in Clinical Reimbursement and Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM), especially related to Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology. Multi-site management experience is preferred but not mandatory; candidates should be Licensed Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, or Licensed Assistants. Job Position: Regional Director of Operations

Job Type: Full Time, Remote position with travel requirements

Job Summary: This role involves providing training, analysis, advice, and consultation to facilities within the Northeast U.S., monitoring, recommending process improvements, ensuring compliance, and optimizing rehab and payment performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep understanding of therapy reimbursement methodologies, especially PDPM
• Provide consultation, training, and support within assigned areas
• Analyze systems and processes for compliance with regulations and policies
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and implement changes
• Perform audits to promote compliance and best practices
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare rules, billing codes, and HIPAA regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Qualifications:

• Licensed Therapist (PT, OT, SLP, OTA, PTA) with degree from an accredited program
• 3-5 years of clinical experience in long-term care, including supervisory or administrative roles
• Prior multi-site management experience in clinical processes, training, and mentoring
• Proficient with computer systems like Net Health, Point Click Care
• Based in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Pennsylvania, or Michigan
