Job summary
CareCore Health is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee several skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in the Columbus, OH region. You will provide strategic oversight to facility administrators and drive alignment with organizational goals.
The role requires an active Ohio LNHA license, strong leadership and regulatory expertise, and willingness to travel within the region. A Bachelor’s in healthcare administration is required, with a Master’s preferred.
Qualifications
- Proven success in multi-site operations management in skilled nursing or senior care.
- Current LNHA license (Ohio) required.
- Strong communicator with ability to inspire teams.
- Solid knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
